Our company specializes in high-quality, high-productivity, and cost-effective thin-film deposition systems. These are designed for both research and industrial applications. Blue Wave’s product line includes PVD technologies (Electron Beam Evaporation, Pulsed Laser Deposition, Thermal Evaporation, and Sputtering). Additionally, it features CVD systems. In addition to deposition systems, Blue Wave Semiconductors provides substrate heaters, vacuum chambers, gas delivery systems, and load lock accessories. It also offers automation hardware. This ensures a complete solution for thin-film process development.
