The BWS Target Assembly is a high quality BWS design built to compliment deposition systems (eg. PLD) and other vacuum applications. These target assemblies are an excellent accessory for deposition of thin films.

The Target Carousel unit holds up to three targets for quick alternation of target materials without having to break vacuum. The Target Interface unit has a simple, user-friendly interface that allows for control of target selection and target rotation. Built ready for remote applications and automation, the BWS Target Assembly is compatible with hardware automation software such as LabView.
