Substrate Heaters Our line of substrate heaters has been designed to meet your substrate heating needs. We offer the following heaters in various sizes to accomodate small to large substrates.

    • Inconel Heater: Vacuum and O2 environments. Max Temp: 850°C
    • Boron Nitride Heater: Only vacuum environments. Max Temp: 1000°C
  • Chemical Vapor Deposition Heaters
    • Inconel Heater: Vacuum and O2 environments. Max Temp: 850°C
  • Molecular Beam Epitaxy Heaters

Power Supplies

Power Supplies Our power supplies are designed to complement our substrate heaters, offering programmable heat cycles and precise control of temperature. Our power supplies have been designed to work with our heaters but can be adapted for other heaters.

Thin Film Coatings

Thin Film Coatings Blue Wave has a state of the art facility that currently includes E-beam and PLD Deposition systems. Blue Wave offers a wide variety of thin film coatings of various materials. We can provide you with room temperature depositions or depositions at high temperatures using our reliable substrate heaters, our process is flexible so you don't have to be. We have specialized in making Radiation Hard, High-k Dielectrics, and Anti-Reflective (AR) coatings. Our thin films can be customized to your requirements and chemical compositions.
